Just because you think a thought, it does not mean it’s true.
Ask yourself these questions about the thought:
Is it true?
Is it absolutely true with 100% certainty?
How do I feel when I believe the thought?
Who would I be without the thought?
What would I tell another person who was in my same situation with this thought?
If you are thinking worst case scenario, acknowledge that.
Then think about best case scenario.
Then think about the most likely scenario.
You get to decide which thoughts you believe and embrace.
Believe the ones that serve you and drop the rest!
