It’s so easy to allow yourself to do the “easier” thing - watch TV, relax, have fun, sleep, etc.
Those things are definitely important and I would not recommend neglecting that side of yourself.
But what do you want more?
You will never regret making the sacrifices for what you really want.
Here’s the secret to doing it:
Get really, really good at feeling feelings.
Most of the time, we don’t do the things that will get us to our end goals because we don’t like the feelings that come along with it.
Discomfort
Fear
Embarrassment
Disappointment
And many more.
But if you lose the fear of feeling uncomfortable feelings…
NOTHING will stop you from achieving what you want more!
